Traditional Landline Home Phone (Voice) Services

Basic, Unlimited Nationwide Calling, and Digital Home Phone Service

 

Certain one-time installation fees and service charges may apply. Other than promotional rates, plans with monthly rates that don’t change, and monthly rates offered with a term commitment, your monthly rates for services, leased equipment, fees, or surcharges are not guaranteed and may increase during the time of your service.

Basic Phone: Applies to one residential phone line with direct-dial local voice calling only; excludes commercial use, dial-up internet connections, conference lines, directory and operator assistance, multi-party conference calls, or other non-single path person to person conversation or voice message. CenturyLink reserves the right to move a customer on this plan to an alternative plan if usage on the plan does not resemble typical residential, local voice calling. Calling features, nationwide calling, and international calling are not available.

Home Phone with Unlimited Nationwide Calling: Service applies to one residential phone line with direct-dial, local and nationwide long distance voice calling from home phone, including Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands; excludes commercial use, call center, data and facsimile services (including dial-up Internet connections, data services, and facsimile; each may be billed at $0.10 per minute), conference lines, directory and operator assistance, chat lines, pay-per-call, calling card use, or multi-housing units. Usage will be monitored for compliance and service may be suspended/terminated for non-compliance. An additional charge may be assessed to customer if usage consistently exceeds 5,000 minutes/mo. If useage consistently exceeds 5,000 minutes/mo., customer may be moved to another plan. International calling billed separately.

Digital Home Phone Essential Voice: With Digital Home Phone Essential Voice, Customer will not be able to place or receive any calls, including 911 calls, if the Internet connection fails or becomes degraded, required equipment fails, or customer doesn’t have electrical power for the service (unless you have functioning battery backup power available). 911 services may not be available if you change your service location before receiving confirmation from CenturyLink. Service applies to 1 residential Digital Home Phone line with direct-dial, local and nationwide long distance voice calling, and Caller ID, Hold, Call Waiting and 3-way calling.  Voicemail and/or Text messaging service can be added for an additional monthly fee.  Service excludes commercial use, call center, data and facsimile services, conference lines, directory and operator assistance, chat lines, pay-per-call, calling card use, or multi-housing units, 0+ dialing, and 3-digit dialing (other than 711, 911, and 411), Premium service and collect calls. Usage will be monitored for compliance and service may be suspended/terminated for noncompliance, including usage exceeding 5,000 voice minutes/mo. or 10,000 SMS or MMS messages/mo.  International, operator and directory assistance calling billed separately.

 

High Speed Internet Service – Price For Life Plans

 

PREPAID Price For Life High Speed Internet Service:  Service and offer are not available everywhere. Offer is only available through on-line sign-up at centurylink.com/simplepay. Limited time offer. Residential customers only. CenturyLink provided modem may be required for High Speed Internet; lease ($10/mo. fee) or a one-time purchase (up to $150) option available (S&H applies for overnight delivery, if requested). Offer requires monthly pre-payment with a credit card, debit card, or Paypal payment only. Service will begin on the date your Service order is completed and each prepaid billing cycle is 30 days. Service automatically renews monthly until cancelled by customer. Prepaid payments for unused service will not be refunded or credited to account. To cancel, Customer must log-in to account portal and click cancel to place the request. Plan cannot be combined with other promotions. Customer must remain in good standing and offer terminates if customer changes their account in any manner, including change of address (even if plan is available), change to service, and service suspension (Vacation Program) or disconnection. CenturyLink @Ease Packages:   Residential CenturyLink High Speed Internet services (“HSI”) include Anti-Virus protection and a PC Health check-up except customers subscribing to CenturyLink Internet basic service (without features) or other ISPs are not eligible for Antivirus Online.  For additional protection, HSI customers can subscribe to a CenturyLink @Ease Package (a monthly recurring fee will apply excluding taxes and any additional services not listed below).  Standard Package includes Desktop and Internet Security, PC Support Services (“PCSS”) Level I, Online Backup (5GB), Inside Wire Maintenance and PC Protection Plan.  Advanced Package includes Standard Package services (with Online Back-up (50GB) and PCSS Level II) and Equipment Lifetime Warranty with Modem Purchase.  Ultra Package includes Advanced Package services (with 200GB Online Back-up and PCSS Level III), Identity Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance and Home Visit discount.
